Hi, I’m Carlos.

I’m a photographer and filmmaker from Peru, shaped by years between Lima and Toronto and by a constant curiosity about people, places, and visual storytelling.

I came to photography through a love for creating images, but stayed because of everything that happens around them: the conversations, the unexpected moments, the people you meet, and the stories that stay with you long after the camera is put away.

My work is guided by light, composition, and observation. I like giving people direction without taking away what makes them themselves.

When I’m not behind a camera, I’m probably traveling, listening to music, playing video games, or spending time with the people closest to me.
